I've Been Framed!

hey bloggers! TGIF!
isn't it fun to be a blogger? i haven't been doing this for very long, but i totally dig it! checking out other people's stuff, and knowing that people from all over are checking out mine! it's pretty cool how i can stay 'in touch' with people who are into the same things i really love. the internet is such a fab bit of technology! a total understatement, i know...

so for today i've got 2 cards for the 365 Cards challenge. it's day 118 - I've Been Framed. using a frame on a card is such a fab way to showcase some little (or large!) item on your cardfront. it can be pretty simple or very involved. i made 2 cards and couldn't decide which 1 i like better cuz they're both cute for different reasons. so you get to see both! who says i can't share lots of stuff with you all?! hehehe!

i have a stack of these little slide frames in all different colours (shown on my 2nd card) that i got ages ago and i haven't made a shaker card in a long time so i thought that might be nice idea. i can't wait to go to 365's website and check what everyone else created!

  1. I like both of your cards, I especially like your restrained hand on the first one, letting the paper dp the talking and on the second...the focus on the passport is perfect for the bigger message of a trip! nicely done

  2. I love both of these! That paper on the first one is beautiful. Great way to "showcase" using your frames :)
